Fire in Dhaka's Khawaja Tower causing Internet outages in Bangladesh
A fire in the tower has knocked out a portion of Bangladesh’s internet connectivity.
According to Kentik’s aggregate NetFlow, traffic to Bangladesh began declining around 11:02 UTC (5:02pm local) on October 26. Georgia Tech’s IODA tool also does an excellent job illustrating the impact of the fire using multiple internet measurement metrics.
