Large internet outages in Ukraine on March 10th

On 10 Mar 2022, we reported two large internet outages affecting Ukraine.

Ukrainian incumbent Ukrtelecom (AS6849) went down nationally at 9:35 UTC (11:35am local) for ~40min. At the same time, Triolan (AS13188) had been down nationally for over 12hrs due to reported cyber attack. Triolan has taken days to recover.

These outages were covered by several news organizations including The Record, CNN, and Forbes.
